After a successful launch it is important that the Society is seen to deliver actions quickly to show its usefulness in a real sense. These actions should be driven from our agreed Aims.

The Society will try to be inclusive of the whole community, from the young to the old, to families, individuals, clubs, societies, schools and businesses.

We should engage in formal activities, such as Local Planning, but also ensure we initiate fun ideas, such as social events, fetes etc.

The society should try to maximise the membership, with approaching 2,000 dwellings and other organisations, this is not just to bring in revenue but also to be representative of community.

The web site, social media, associated events and meetings should create an effective mechanism to create feedback from the community to the Committee.

The society should be an active partner with the Parish, District and County councils and all other groups who operate in our local area and attain grants and other financial assistance where available.
